Foam Production

Foams for packaging, load carriers and construction components in polystyrene / Styrofoam® EPS, polypropylene EPP, polyurethane EPE and S-Por® specialised foams

The gentle power of air. Up to 98% air and only 2% plastic. As soft as wool, or as hard as wood. Flame retardant, antistatic, conductive or coloured. It all depends on your requirements. Single-use, long-term use, or multiple-use solutions. Our foams are hardy materials with almost unlimited design and application variations. The customer’s wishes and the limits of the technology determine the scope of application.

NEW! We produce new types of specialised foams with outstanding properties and very high price-performance ratios in our own S-Por® range.

Rigid foam Densities
Polystyrene EPS 14 to 250 kg/m3
Neopor® 25 to 150 kg/m3

Flexible foam
Polypropylene EPP 20 to 100 kg/m3
Polyethylene EPE 20 to 40 kg/m3

Special foams
S-Por® 30 to 150 kg/m3

Foils for products such as: Pressure cuffs, air cushions, gel cushions, room dividers, insulation hoods, etc.

Clear as glass, transparent, colourful, soft, elastic and flexible, or hard, fibre-reinforced, highly tear resistant foils with glass fleece reinforcement. Foils with specific properties, perfectly suited to their intended use. Accessory components include valves, hoses, fasteners and eyelets. We employ a number of processes to turn foils into products, such as: Made-to-measure cutting, thermoforming, punching, high-frequency and thermocompression bonding.

Plastic film technology

Vinyl films PVC 0,1 to 2,0 mm
Polyurethane PU 0,1 to 2,0 mm
Special and blend materials 0,1 to 4,0 mm

Thermoforming for products such as etuis, moulded cushions, protective covers, etc.

Thermoforming moulds soft and hard foils into the desired shape. Heat, vacuum force and pressure are perfectly balanced with one another, depending on the desired shape and the materials used. Post-processing includes steps such as stamping, milling and finishing with accessory components.

Thermoforming films Thickness
Vinyl films PVC 0,1 to 2,0 mm
Polyurethane PU 0,1 to 2,0 mm
Polystyrene PS 0,4 to 1,5 mm
Polypropylene PP 0,1 to 4,0 mm
Polycarbonate PC 0,5 to 2,0 mm
